may be returned for replacement or exchange for an item(s) for equal value.
Before asking for an exchange please do the following to check out the
item: (1)- assure proper batteries are installed and the batteries are the
correct one(s), (2)- try new batteries, (3)- if there is a wireless component,
make sure that it is properly charged before use, (4)- make sure that the
item(s) have not been damaged by water.

item number, invoice number, date of purchase and brief description of
problem. Once we receive this, we can give you an RA number and directions
for return. Shipping to us will be at your costs, shipping back to you will be
at our cost.
